Longevity Assessment FAQ
The questions we hear most, answered in one place: how the assessment works, how payment works, at-home testing, telehealth, and getting started.
Elixir 360 is a cash-pay practice. HSA and FSA are accepted, and CareCredit and Cherry financing are available so cost can be planned rather than a surprise. Specific pricing is reviewed with you when you book.
No. We do not bill insurance. Staying cash-pay keeps the time and depth of care with you rather than with an insurer’s coding rules. HSA and FSA funds can be used, and financing is available.
A collection kit is mailed to you, the sample is collected at home in minutes, and you return it in the prepaid mailer. A physician then reviews the results with you. Most of the assessment happens without a waiting room.
Yes, for much of it. The blood panel ships to you and the results review can be done by telehealth. Services that require an in-person exam or imaging are coordinated through the Southlake office and our partners.
From kit to results review, most patients complete the assessment in about two to three weeks. The collection itself takes minutes; the rest is lab turnaround and the physician review that follows.
No. It works alongside your primary care, not instead of it. We focus on the deeper assessment and the plan that follows, and we are glad to share results with the physician who manages your everyday care.
No. New patients are welcome. Most people begin with the longevity assessment or a consult, which gives the physician the baseline needed to recommend the right next step.
Booking is handled online, or by phone. You can start from the assessment page or the contact page, or call the office and we will help you schedule.
