The Idea Behind The Practice

Why Standard Lab Ranges Miss What You’re Feeling

You drop a penny in the dark. There is a streetlamp down the block, so you go look under the lamp, because that is where the light is. But the penny is not there.

A standard physical is that streetlamp. It is good, it is necessary, and it was built to catch what its tools were designed to find. We use it, and then we look further, at the things it was never designed to catch.

“The right information makes every other decision easier.”
The lit pool compared with the surrounding dark A streetlamp casts a narrow pool of light representing the standard panel range. A wider dark field around it represents the functional range, where a marker sits outside the lit pool. Standard panel range What is going on Functional range
The lit pool is what a standard panel was designed to find. The wider field is where we keep looking.
The Core Product

The Executive Physical, Rebuilt Around Your Biology

The assessment is not a prerequisite you clear on the way to something else. It is the product. A comprehensive biomarker panel, read against functional reference ranges by a board-certified physician, producing a clinical picture and a plan you can act on.

Most of it is collected at home with a mailed lab kit, so the only time you spend in a waiting room is the time you choose to.

  • Longevity Blood Panel

An advanced biomarker panel including heart, metabolic and hormonal assessment, collected at home, read by a physician.

  • Comprehensive Longevity Assessment

The longevity panel plus other testing including an assessment of biological age and Alzheimer’s risk.

  • Executive Physical with Full-Body Imaging

Everything in the Comprehensive Assessment, plus full-body MRI through our imaging partner.

Advanced diagnostics including VO2 Max, coronary artery calcium scoring, and DEXA are available as add-ons, performed by our established partners.

How It Works

How the Longevity Assessment Works: Four Steps

  1. Get the Full Picture: Your Biomarker Panel

The diagnostic assessment, most of it collected through an at-home lab kit.

An opened collection kit on a warm walnut dining table, its sealed components seated in charcoal foam, in morning light.

  2. Understand What It Means: Physician Results Review

A physician results-review consult, because a lab result without a physician is just a number.

Blood collection vials with amber and graphite caps standing in a stainless rack on cream linen, in raking morning light.

  3. Build the Plan: Your Personalized Protocol

A personalized protocol drawn from what the panel actually found.

A printed personalized protocol resting on a walnut desk beside reading glasses and a brass pen, in warm afternoon light.

  4. Stay Ahead of It: Longevity Membership

Ongoing membership with quarterly check-ins that keep the plan current.

What Patients Experience at Elixir 360

Anonymized accounts from the practice, shared with permission.

J.E. was a 67-year-old patient who was told he needed knee replacement surgery. He came to us because he thought there had to be a different way. He initially signed on for 6 shockwave therapy treatments and felt much better. He continued to a total of 16 treatments, and his knee pain was practically gone. His mobility was much better too.

C.F. was a 26-year-old patient with multiple somatic complaints and an inability to gain weight. He had seen many doctors over six years without improvement. After a comprehensive evaluation in the office, he was found to have celiac disease, which had been missed by every physician he had seen before.
