A Longevity Practice Built for High Performers

Elixir 360 is a physician-led longevity practice serving the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. We were built for people who are running at a pace they chose and want to keep doing it, with medicine that looks past a normal-range checkup to how your body is actually working.

Why This Practice Exists

Normal Labs Are Not the Same as Optimal Health

Most high performers arrive here doing everything right. The labs read normal, the checkup is clean, and something still feels off. A standard physical was built to catch disease, and it is good at that. It was never designed to catch the earlier, subtler signals of how well your body is actually working.

Elixir 360 was built to look there. We run a comprehensive biomarker panel, read it against functional reference ranges rather than population averages, and build a plan in four steps from what it finds. The point is not a diagnosis. The point is better information, early enough to act on.

“The right information makes every other decision easier.”

The Standard Behind The Work

Board-Certified Internal Medicine, Trained In Longevity

Care here is led by a board-certified internal medicine physician with a completed A4M fellowship in longevity medicine, board certification in regenerative medicine, and more than a decade of clinical practice alongside health-system leadership. That last part matters. It means the pressure you live with, the travel, the time zones, the sleep you keep giving up, is understood firsthand rather than described back to you.

What Patients Say About the Practice

Anonymized accounts from the practice, shared with permission.

J.E. was a 67-year-old patient who was told he needed knee replacement surgery. He came to us because he thought there had to be a different way. He initially signed on for 6 shockwave therapy treatments and felt much better. He continued to a total of 16 treatments, and his knee pain was practically gone. His mobility was much better too.

C.F. was a 26-year-old patient with multiple somatic complaints and an inability to gain weight. He had seen many doctors over six years without improvement. After a comprehensive evaluation in the office, he was found to have celiac disease, which had been missed by every physician he had seen before.

The practice begins where a standard checkup stops. If something still does not add up about how you feel, the next step is not another opinion. It is better information.
