The Elixir 360 Longevity Assessment, in Four Steps
The assessment is not a form you clear on the way to care. It is the care. One method, four steps: get the full picture, understand what it means, build the plan, and stay ahead of it.

One Assessment That Turns Data Into a Plan
The Elixir 360 Method is a physician-directed longevity assessment: a comprehensive biomarker panel, read against functional reference ranges by a board-certified physician, ending in a personalized plan you can act on. It is designed to catch the earlier signals of how your body is working, not just to rule out disease.
Most of the collection happens at home with a mailed lab kit, so the time you spend in a waiting room is time you chose to spend. What you get back is not a number without context. It is a clinical picture and a next move.
“Data without a physician is just a number. The method is the part that makes it useful.”
How the Longevity Assessment Works: Four Steps
Get the Full Picture: Your Biomarker Panel
The diagnostic assessment, most of it collected through an at-home lab kit. A broad panel of biomarkers, not the short list a standard checkup runs.

At-home kit Understand What It Means: Physician Results Review
A physician-led results review that puts every finding into context, because a lab result without expert interpretation is just a number. This is where the data becomes a diagnosis of how you are actually doing.

Lab panel Build the Plan: Your Personalized Protocol
A personalized protocol drawn from what the panel actually found, built to your biology rather than a template. Nutrition, movement, supplementation, and any therapy that the data supports.

Your protocol Stay Ahead of It: Longevity Membership
Ongoing membership with quarterly check-ins that keep the plan current as your body and your life change. A baseline is only useful if you keep measuring against it.

Every Step Is Physician-Directed
The method is only as good as the physician reading it. Care here is led by a board-certified internal medicine physician with a completed A4M fellowship in longevity medicine, board certification in regenerative medicine, and more than a decade of clinical practice alongside health-system leadership. No step of the assessment is handed off to an algorithm or a technician working alone.

From lab kit to results review, most patients complete the assessment in about two to three weeks. The at-home collection takes minutes; the rest is lab turnaround and the physician review that follows.
Most of the collection is done at home with a mailed kit. Some therapies do require an in-person exam, and the results review can be done in the Southlake office or by telehealth, whichever fits your schedule.
A standard physical runs a short panel to rule out disease. The longevity assessment runs a far broader panel, reads it against functional ranges rather than population averages, and ends in a plan. The goal is optimization and early signal, not just a clean bill of health.
Step four is where the plan stays useful. Membership keeps a physician involved with quarterly check-ins, so the protocol adjusts as your labs, your training, and your life change rather than sitting in a drawer.
Feeling healthy is the best time to get a baseline. The method is built to catch trends early, while there is the most room to act, rather than waiting for a symptom to force the question.
Start With Step One
The method begins with the panel. If you want a real baseline and a plan built from it, the first step is the assessment, and everything else follows from what it finds.
